Our Co-Founder Tom Pitfield ‘took one for the Team’ recently after undergoing his vasectomy.

Tom’s Wife and fellow contributor Catherine Tyldesley took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to praise her ‘hero’ husband Tom Pitfield for the procedure.

Tom added to his story, ‘I hope they’ve turned the heating up [scissors and aubergine emojis],’ while she added, ‘My hero! Taking one for the team today! [laughing and scissors emojis].’

Reading a book, even for just a few minutes a day, helps your brain stay engaged. Solving puzzles, like crosswords or Sudoku, also gives your brain a workout, pushing it to think critically and solve problems. It’s not about doing these things perfectly. It’s about keeping the brain active and flexible, like any other muscle.
