San Carlo is set to bring the flavours of Southern Italy to Manchester with an exclusive charity Supper Club at Fumo. “A Taste of Puglia” will take place on Thursday 30th April at 6:30pm, offering guests an intimate four-course dining experience inspired by one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions.
The event forms part of San Carlo’s ongoing support for Maggie’s, the charity providing free emotional, practical and social support to people living with cancer and their families. Hosted in Fumo’s elegant upstairs dining space, the Supper Club will showcase a menu rooted in the rich traditions of Puglian cuisine. Guests will enjoy dishes such as focaccia with tomatoes and olives, nodini with capocollo, orecchiette with cime di rapa served from a Parmesan wheel, roasted lamb cutlets with herbs and potatoes, and the classic Pasticciotto Pugliese to finish.
