Payment Terms & Removal Policy
Invoices are issued immediately upon publication and are payable via PayPal or BACS.
- Prompt Payment Required: Invoices are due immediately upon publication. Live URLs are delivered as soon as the article goes live.
- 30-Day Default Policy: If an invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, BROOD Magazine reserves the right to immediately unpublish the article and remove all backlinks without notice.
- Agency Blacklisting & Re-Indexing Fees: Defaulting agencies or link brokers will be blocked from future guest post submissions. Restoring a removed post after default requires settlement of the original invoice plus a re-indexing admin fee.
- Link Maintenance: We reserve the right to modify or remove links if the destination page breaks (404), redirects to restricted niches, or loses SSL security.
