This website is operated by BROOD Magazine Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BROOD Magazine Limited. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Platform, Ticketing & Payment Processors (WordPress, Kajabi, Ticket Tailor & Stripe)

Our public website and digital magazine content are hosted via WordPress. Our membership portal, masterclasses, and digital community features are hosted via Kajabi, which processes our membership payments. Secure credit card processing and recurring subscription billing for magazine subscriptions are handled via Stripe. Event tickets are managed via Ticket Tailor, with payments securely processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment provider for the total amount of your purchase or subscription.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation Policy

For annual subscriptions and memberships, payments automatically renew on your anniversary date. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for subscription/membership renewals once the first magazine following your anniversary renewal date has been sent out. You may cancel or manage your subscription settings prior to your renewal date through your account portal or by contacting our team.

4. Magazine Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

All physical magazine orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Standard dispatch typically occurs within 2 business days. Shipping destinations are currently limited to the UK and Northern Ireland unless otherwise arranged prior to purchase.

5. Events, Ticketing & Live Experiences

For live events, networking sessions, and masterclasses (such as BROOD Live):

• Ticket Refunds: We do not accept ticket cancellations or issue refunds for event bookings within 14 days prior to the event date. Refund requests made earlier than 14 days prior may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to alter event schedules, speakers, or venues if necessary. In the event of a postponement or cancellation by us, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the rescheduled date or a credit/refund.
• Venue Liability: BROOD Magazine Limited acts as the event organiser, but all direct liability regarding venue safety, facilities, personal injury, loss, or property damage during the event rests solely with the host venue and its management. Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Advertising, Print & Proofing Disclaimers

BROOD Magazine Limited accepts advertising and print submissions in good faith but assumes no liability for typographical errors, misprints, omissions, or color variations in advertisements or printed editorial features. All advertising copy, layout proofs, and content are sent to the client for review and sign-off prior to going to print. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser/client to verify all details, contact information, and pricing. Once final approval is given, or if deadlines pass without feedback, BROOD Magazine Limited is not responsible for any errors or resulting losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of BROOD Magazine Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BROOD Magazine Limited does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall BROOD Magazine Limited, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products.
