1. Membership Overview & Platform (Kajabi)

BROOD Magazine memberships are hosted and processed securely via Kajabi. Membership grants you access to our exclusive online member area, digital resources, community perks, and includes all 6 print editions of BROOD Magazine per year delivered directly to your door via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

2. Minimum Commitment & Billing

All monthly memberships carry a minimum 3-month commitment. By signing up for a monthly membership, you agree to remain a member for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months before any cancellation requests can take effect. Following the initial 3-month period, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

3. Promotional Rates, Lock-in & Price Increases

Anyone who has signed up for a membership on or after 1st October at the special discounted rate of £39.99 per month (subject to the initial 3-month minimum term) or £350.00 for the year will have that promotional price locked in for a full 12 months from their start date. Upon reaching your annual membership anniversary, your subscription rate will automatically update to the standard pricing of £59.99 per month or £599.99 per year respectively. We will notify you clearly in advance of any upcoming changes on your renewal anniversary.

4. Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds

• Monthly Memberships: After your initial 3-month minimum term, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing cycle.
• Annual Memberships & Renewals: Annual memberships are paid upfront. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for annual memberships or annual subscription/membership renewals once the first magazine following your start date or anniversary renewal date has been sent out.
• Access Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your membership, your access to member-only content and perks will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. Member Perks & Events

Membership includes perks such as priority and discounted event tickets (including BROOD Live), partner offers, giveaways, and digital downloads. Event bookings and tickets remain subject to our standard event terms (including no ticket refunds within 14 days prior to an event).

6. Changes to Terms & Pricing

BROOD Magazine Limited reserves the right to update these membership terms or adjust pricing at any time. Any changes to active membership pricing will be clearly communicated in advance of renewal.
