Welcome to The Meadow Clinic – nurse led aesthetics and medical grade skin care.
My name is Teresa Kemp and I am an NMC Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. I started my Nursing career in 2002 after graduating from The University of Leeds and am registered with The Nursing and Midwifery Council UK and practice in accordance with their Code of Practice.
I am a busy mother of two very active boys and when I’m not running around after them or in my aesthetics clinic, I work as a clinical specialist nurse for the NHS.
My passion and interest in aesthetics has continued to grow since completing my initial training at Skin Viva in Manchester. I love being able to help my patients with their individual concerns and see their confidence grow as they enjoy the beautiful results from subtle treatments and great skin.
I continue to develop my skills and practice by completing ongoing training in order to keep my practice safe and effective for patients, which is my priority. I am insured with Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurance and am also a member of The ACE Expert Complication Group.
I pride myself on delivering natural treatment results; my most popular treatments being antiwrinkle injections, midface rejuvenation, lip enhancements and skin treatments using Obagi® medical grade skin care and microneeding with the SkinPen® medical device.
Through the use of excellent communication skills and extensive NHS experience, I am able to assess my patients holistically when formulating a treatment plan with them and delivering treatment, which I find has a positive impact on my patients’ confidence. I listen to all concerns big or small, and will help achieve whatever is personal to each individual.
Set on the border of Stretford and Chorlton and a stone’s throw from Manchester city centre, my clinic is discrete and is often commented upon by my patients as being a quiet and relaxing space. There is also free and easy parking.

My journey in childcare began in 1999 after completing a BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies, followed by an HNC in Early Years. I started my career in the day nursery sector, gaining hands-on experience with children of all ages and working my way up to a unit manager. However, my true passion lay in Nannying. In 2002, I joined a wonderful family, marking the start of my fulfilling career as a Nanny.
After years of dedicated Nannying, I welcomed my first daughter, Ava, in 2012, followed by Olivia in 2014. Becoming a mother deepened my understanding of the importance of high-quality childcare, reinforcing my commitment to helping families find the best care for their little ones.
In 2020, I founded Cheshire Nannies—a service dedicated to connecting families with exceptional Nannies who share my passion for providing outstanding home-based childcare.

Hi, I’m Jill — reflexologist, menopause specialist, mum of three brilliantly neurodivergent kids, and dog-mum to four (including a very ADHD Boxer!).
I’ve always been obsessed with natural healing and had a dream of running my own wellness business. While working in a high-pressured marketing role in travel, I trained as a reflexologist in my early twenties — but just before I qualified, my tutor gently predicted what I hadn’t realised yet: I was pregnant. So my dream went on pause, but my passion didn’t. I kept practicing alongside full-time work, knowing I’d come back to it one day.
That day came after life took a sharp turn. The year before Covid, our youngest daughter was diagnosed with kidney cancer at age five. I left the family business overnight to become her full-time carer. Just as she recovered and was ready to return to school, the world shut down.
When things finally reopened, I found myself home alone, peri-menopausal, and totally untethered. A freak (or divine?) sign nudged me back toward reflexology — and this time, I went all in. I trained in advanced techniques, specialising in menopause support with the London School of Reflexology, and began building my dream business from the ground up.
Fast-forward 22 years from that first spark, and I now run a thriving clinic helping women navigate burnout, hormones, sleep, and ageing naturally. My events and workshops are a sell out, and I’ve created a signature style of reflexology designed to meet women where they are — with both science and soul.
